At Maat Wellness, you get a passionate yoga teacher with 19 years of personal practice and 14 years of teaching experience. We've been running 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Alliance trainings for the past 8 years, inspiring yogis to deepen their practice and live a self empowered lifestyle.

Yamas & Niyamas

This is an online (ZOOM) class that meets every Thursday. You'll need Deborah Adele's Yamas and Niyamas and a journal. Each class covers a chapter with homework for the week.

10 Class Series can be taken a class at a time or you can purchase the whole series.
