10 WEEK MENTAL YOGA SERIES - Starts May 1st

The Yamas and Niyamas are the ethics of yoga

 that will take you on a transformative journey to seek balance in your life and relationships. We find ourselves repeating old patterns in our relationships, work life, family and on. Instead of changing our outside world we can shift our inner perspective of the world and find lasting change in our lives. This is not an easy tasks because we can't see what is in our blind spots or shadow. In this 10 week series you will learn how to locate what is hidden from you. When applied the Yamas and Niyamas will empower you where you feel powerless.  


Over the course of 10 weeks, we'll practice yoga beyond the mat, focusing on the mind and integrating it into our daily lives. Each session will help us examine how we are "being" in the world and with ourselves. As we become more aware of our inner being, we gain the ability to direct our lives more effectively. If you're seeking clarity or balance in a particular relationship or area of your life, this is your opportunity.  


You'll need access to Zoom, a copy of The Yamas & Niyamas by Deborah Adele, and a journal. The course involves weekly readings, group discussions, and journaling homework. This is yoga in your everyday life, from work to family, friendships, and partnerships: By the end, you'll have more clarity and see a definitive change or progression.  As you commit to the practice you are guaranteed to see change in your life.  This series runs 3 times a year, Winter, Summer, and Fall at $15 a class.


 90 Minute Discussion and Mental Practice around the Yoga ethics / Yamas and Niyamas Starts May 1st.


**** Day 1 will be introduction and may be between 2 - 2.5 hours.
